The last thing you want once you've decided you need help with your child's sleep is a big long wait for that help. You want help and you want it NOW. You can't wait any longer. I get it. That's why my turnaround time is fast.
From the moment you book in I get working on your case so I can deliver my sleep plan 'same day'.
This way of working allows me to book clients in at short notice and gets parents the help they need quickly.
It does mean that I need to have a cancellation policy in place however, because a lot of my time and energy is wasted when a client cancels in advance of their call. It also prevents another client from taking that slot which impacts on my week considerably.
I do appreciate that it happens. Sometimes you think you need help and then you realise (for whatever reason) that you don't. I understand that. But I need to be able to recoup the work I have already put in.
So, if after booking you decide to cancel a package and request a refund I will retain 20% of the fee. However, this 20% can be redeemed against a future service should you ever need it.
Before deciding to cancel it's worth noting that fatigue can be a swinging pendulum. Sometimes packages are booked at 'peak exhaustion' and because of that baby sleeps soundly over the next few nights. If you have experienced this its worth delaying your package rather than cancelling it because that pendulum will likely swing back again very soon. I am happy to put you package on hold for as long as necessary.
